Originally from New Orleans, Rick moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky, where he was a 1st Team All-American and a key player in the 1978 NCAA National Championship team. After a successful eight-year NBA career with the Indiana Pacers, Boston Celtics, and Phoenix Suns, he transitioned his winning mentality into real estate.
Rick has called Louisville home since 1992, where he lives with his wife, Bonnie Robey, a licensed Realtor and interior decorator. Their son, Sam Robey, has been in the real estate industry since 2013 and is also with EXP Realty. Sam and his wife, Samantha (Sam) Hitner Robey, have blessed the family with their son, Tripp Robey.
